Bianca Style Account and Data Deletion

Bianca Style users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete your account from the app:

1. Open the Bianca Style app.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Go to Account.

4. Open account settings.

5. Select Delete account and confirm the request.

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email address to biancastylejo@gmail.com. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject and provide the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Data deleted:

• Account profile and login information

• Saved addresses

• Wishlist and saved items

• Device notification tokens

• Loyalty account information

• Uploaded review or virtual try-on images associated with the account, where applicable

Data that may be retained:
Order, invoice, payment-status, fraud-prevention, and customer-support records may be retained for up to 5 years where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Personal identifiers will be removed or minimized where possible.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Residual backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being permanently removed.
